As true representatives of Italian fashion, DROMe is a fashion house focused on leather- a living, natural material that DROMe works with in a totally original way. Going a long way from the classic leather jacket, DROMe creative team embraces the style of modern sports bike riders, combining a biker-rock style with exciting new ways of treating and finishing the material. Their vision of Fall/Winter 2017 is colorful. Shades of black, grey, bright red, deep purple, white dominated today’s runway at Musée d’Art Moderne in Paris. This highly metropolitan collection is both day and evening, spiced up with gold and silver detailing. The use of garments is cross-sectional; easy to wear but, at the same time, extremely elegant and luxurious.
Rusty-gold puffed leather jacket resembling 21st century biker tail-coat, with matching detached collar detailing, was perfectly paired with red leather pants and platform boots. Rusty-gold was also the color used for DRONe’s over-sized vision of leather trench coat. Perfectly tailored leather dresses and skirts prove DRONe’s attention to detail. Their contribution to women’s empowerment was the re-invention of classical pantsuit. Double-breasted white blazer was utterly combined with matching pants and red opera-length leather gloves. Different versions of trench coats prove their unmistakable taste born from a poetic vision of leather and a zealous passion for this material.
